Agreement and FCRA Notice
By using Goodhue County Busted Mugshots, you accept these Terms and Conditions. This is a privately owned reference website. It is not affiliated with a government body, the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, any jail, a corrections department, or a court. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides a consumer report, a private-investigation service, or a consumer reporting service under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
The information and any partner tool may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, licensing, admission, or another FCRA-regulated purpose. The site is intended to point readers to public-record resources in Goodhue County and Minnesota, not to make legally regulated eligibility decisions.
Nature of the Service
This site is a private directory of researched source paths. It does not store an official roster, booking photograph, court file, or warrant record. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, submit a document, or speak for an agency. Government offices and their current systems control their own records.
Links may direct users to the Goodhue roster, city police routes, Minnesota DOC resources, courts, and independent search tools. Those links are informational. They do not make this site responsible for the content or operation of the destination.
Permitted Use
Use the resource lawfully, carefully, and with respect for the people and offices involved. You agree not to do any of the following.
- Break a law while using the site or an outbound resource.
- Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm someone.
- Use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another FCRA-covered decision.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the site or a linked government system.
- Run bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools without permission.
- Interfere with another visitor’s ability to use the service.
No Consumer Reports
Goodhue County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither it nor an advertising partner offers a screening product through this resource. You agree not to use material from this site or a linked tool for a covered purpose.
- Hiring, firing, or promotion decisions
- Tenant or housing screening
- Creditworthiness or insurance-pricing decisions
- Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
- Any other purpose governed by the FCRA
Third-Party Links
Outbound links can lead to jail rosters, booking-record routes, Sheriff and corrections pages, court portals, legal-aid sources, federal locators, and search providers. A link is not an endorsement. Each outside service sets its own availability, terms, privacy practices, pricing, and record rules. Review those terms before using a destination.
No Warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” No promise is made that information is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. No promise is made about the completeness of a partner search result. Public custody information changes frequently, and nothing here is an official statement from a Sheriff, police department, court, or corrections office.
Liability Limit
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Goodhue County Busted Mugshots and its owners, contributors, and partners are not liable for damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site, an outbound link, or a third-party tool.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Goodhue County Busted Mugshots and its owners, contributors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site or a breach of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The site’s original text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Goodhue County Busted Mugshots or its content partners unless another owner is identified. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or reused without written permission, except where the law permits.
Changes and Access
These terms may be changed at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted. Access can be limited, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason and without prior notice.
Minnesota Law and Severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute must be brought in courts within Minnesota when permitted by law. If a term is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective and the affected term will be adjusted only as needed.
Questions
Questions about these terms may be sent through the Get in Touch page. That contact route does not replace an official records request or legal advice.
